Staff who work at night

The location and the family suite size and decoration are very nice.

The breakfast serving at the ground floor.

The location and the stuff were friendly

It was too small also the breakfast was poor not that good as Turkish breakfast as usually

The location is ideal, with easy access to all the city's major attractions. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to Omar for his kindness in helping us with our luggage and ensuring we had a smooth experience while we explored the city before our flight.

The location is great 1 min away from the metro and bus station. The staff is very helpful and welcoming (omer, furkan and mahmud). The room is clean but a little bit tidy.

Just the location is amazing

Not clean , the room is very small

Clean, well decorated, great staff, good location.

The hot water was flaky and inconsistent. They need to clean or replace their shower heads.

The location and value of money are the best thing about this hotel.

The room services timing is very limited and often times the rooms were very dusty.

Location and the staff

Toilet sink counter very small

Very good value overall. Staff really nice and helpful.

The cheesy music, too loud, at breakfast ?.

I liked the location it’s really really good, very close to osman bay metro and bus stop.New furniture, comfy bed, well designed room even though mine was small but was very convenient and well put.Bathroom size was really good, bathroom was very clean.I was welcomed by the Egyptian guy and he was so polite but then the Turkish reception person who took my information to check me in was very rude and inconsiderate, but that won’t affect my option about the hotel, other personnel were good and friendly. My room view was decent, I couldn’t open my eye to see the beautiful blue sky.

What really bothered me was the noises of the neighbors, the rooms aren’t sound proof unfortunately and I wake up to the noise EVERY SINGLE DAY, that was how noisy and soundproof-less the rooms were. Very thing walls unfortunately.

Location was perfect, easy to access everywhere. The room and the shower were also comfortable

The building next to the hotel (next to my room) was so close, so it was impossible to be in room when curtains were open

the hotel has very good location , connected with street s had access to local and international shops. so clean Hotel very good stuff. No one bothering you quiet room and AC working well.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel – everything was truly 10/10! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. The highlight of our stay was the amazing staff. At the reception, Ali, Omar, and Yousuf were always helpful and welcoming. In the restaurant, Mahmoud and Meral provided excellent service, and a special thanks to the young man Burno for his kindness and support. The location is also perfect – close to many shops and cafés, and just a 2-minute walk to Osmanbey metro station. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

There is a slight uphill walk on the way to the metro and shops, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Staff are very helpful and location is beyond great.

Very very small room.

Clean, great staff, location

First day we didn’t get our room

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel. Everything was well organized — the hotel is clean, beautifully designed, and the location is perfect. The customer service was truly excellent, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. The only small issue we faced, as Arab and Muslim guests, was the lack of water hoses (bidets) in the bathrooms, which made things a bit uncomfortable for us. Aside from that, everything else was beyond excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time. Looking forward to staying with you again in the future!

Mahmoud was very supportive and welcoming. Also the staff were nice and welcoming.

Best location near osmanbey metro station less than 2 min walk. Very good hotel. I will definitely rebook again in the future

Acceptable location

Bad odor, really bad especially in the corridor Below average staff’s attitude( I missed my room card in the room and I asked for another one, the receptionist Said in bad way we gave u 2!!)The lobby is full of mosquitos and not clean
